Sadly, I get annoyed when people are more than 15 minutes late without giving a heads up or don't read directions and start asking questions. I just don’t really feel comfortable in those situations and I get pretty awkward. Patience, or lack thereof, used to be my go to weakness when I was asked in job interviews. And yes, that has happened. Not having the patience to let things develop.
One of the best things about being retired is having more time. Also, I am trying my best to improve my communication skills. I am a quick learner, hard-working, self-motivated towards my work.
